π¬π§ ORIGAMI β creating opportunities together
ORIGAMI is a community project run by the Apparel plus Foundation. It supports people facing difficult life
circumstances and brings together people with and without disabilities. Support is available to citizens of Poland,
Ukraine and other countries, regardless of nationality or background.
Just as a sheet of paper gradually takes shape, the right support can help a person discover new opportunities. The
project is built on respect for dignity, an individual approach and working together to find solutions.
We welcome:
β’ people with disabilities and their families;
β’ older people;
β’ families with children and single parents;
β’ people on low incomes;
β’ people experiencing discrimination, refusals from institutions or difficulties accessing support.
During free individual consultations, we listen to participants, review the documents and written refusals they provide,
help identify the next steps and assist with preparing letters to the relevant institutions. We address issues involving
social support, accessibility, childrenβs education, access to healthcare and everyday difficulties.
Where will the meetings take place?
π Katowice β 27 November 2026.
π Konin β a meeting is planned for December 2026. The exact date and venue will be announced later.
We plan to hold outreach meetings in different Polish cities once a quarter. Venue addresses, consultation hours and
available appointment times will be published on the registration page.
